Grass area flooding, pavement at time danger

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8948973.

This dangerous slippy mud ,caused by ,I'm sure illegal parking and front gardens being used as parking. Driving over footpath and grassland, making, nearby tactile (dimpled) slabs extremely dangerous for all pedestrians. I have been advised to post on fix my Street by 2 local councillors. On Broughton Road, Banbury. Twixt No,s 234 ___242.
