Water leakage from the meter chamber

Sent to Richmond upon Thames Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8946141.

Water leakage from the meter chamber in front of the block 1, Ash House, 1 Langdon Park TW11 9NQ Teddington. On the attached images you can see the panel of the meter chamber, and how it goes across the road to the lawn.

  • Thames Water attended the place in some hours. Marked the place with blue paint and gone. Thames Water's statement on their website regarding this issue: "Status: Repair underway First reported: 17th February 2026

    We’re fixing the leak. Sometimes the repair teams need to dig down to the pipe by hand to be safe. For example, if it’s surrounded by other utility pipes, like gas mains. We're sorry for any inconvenience this causes.

    What happens next: When the repair work is finished, we’ll resurface the road. This may take a few days to set safely.
