Two curbs are demolished by car and van either side of my driveway

Two grass verges have been demolished either side of my driveway, they are just slush which goes into the drain at the bottom of my driveway its been like it and getting worse over the last 6 months

One side was done with soil but its just the same again now, it was pointless them even coming out, so i will be reporting it
