Loose manholes constantly rattling loudly every time a vehicle goes over

We’ve tolerated this nightmare for years hoping when the road was completed the rattling manholes would be fixed. There are still a couple of very noisy loose manholes right behind our house that are constantly rattling. To be honest it’s a daily misery hearing this as its constant. We’ve been patient for years but are now at the end of our tether and need this to be rectified as soon as possible. Thank you
