Blocked drain, council failed to clear

Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council 5 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 893978.

A few months ago there was a notice to keep the (dropped) kerb outside 35 & 37 Farquhar Street free of cars for drain clearing to be done. This drain was fully accessible for the week required, but not cleared. Now it's blocked to within a few inches of the surface.
