Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8939341.

I will not tolerate the ignorance of the application for a drop curb and hereby serve you formal legal Notice Before Action.

The drop was for applied for on 14th May 2025 ref: 522973 Document: F2F.

It was paid for at over 5000£ as you required.

The lamp post was moved.

The work has now been abandoned for months.

All communications we have sent you for several months chasing this up have been ignored by you.

I hereby give you formal legal notice to act to resolve this matter.

You have 21 days from 18th February 2026 to act.
