Why are we being ignored. When is the crossover being done?

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8938876.

Why are we being ignored?

We paid over 5000£ for a vehicle crossover last year.

Since then totally ignored.

I am seeking legal advice in 7 days from now if you do not respond.

Please accept this as my request of Notice to Act.
