Yellow Line in front of private parking space has worn away

The yellow line in front of the private parking space for 25 Burnhill Rd (BR3 3LA), which actually opens onto Stanmore Terrace (BR3 3LG), has almost completely worn away. (Planning permission granted 8/10/1984 - Application No: 84.1604). Even the Traffic Warden is not aware there is a yellow line, and cars are frequently parked blocking access. We request that the yellow line is renewed so it is clear that there is no parking allowed across the entrance to the parking space.
