The road outside my drive at 12 Stowe Avenue is subsiding and now causing damage to our cars and the edging to our drive

The issue has been deteriorating over the last few months and is now causing our cars to bottom out when leaving/entering the driveway. In addition due to the subsidence the flagstones at the edge of our driveway are being pulled away and damaged.
