30mph traffic alert sign faulty

Sensor driven 30mph sign is broken as I’ve seen cars drive passed at well over 30mph and it hasn’t triggered. Sign is also very dirty and overgrown. Sign is on side of road heading out of the city centre just passed Thorpe Lea gardens
