Sent to Canterbury City Council and Kent County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 893396.

People park on in the junction making it difficult to see when pulling out of Blenheim close. This is in breach of the highway code which states that you have to park 10 metres from a junction. Due to the thoughtless parking I was nearly hit by a car trying to walk along lower Herne road due to cars parked on bends in the road so that traffic can't see what is coming. Cars are also parked up on the path down blenheim close.
