This cover is off, lying on top of the opening but not covering it, and it could easily move and fall in if stepped on. It is just off the road in the verge, but very close to the road surface so dangerous for pedestrians and cyclists. It is on the LHS of the road if you are heading west towards Little Tew.

  • Sorry, mistake in my submission, it is on the RHS of the road rather than the LHS.

    This is not getting any better, and is a danger to pedestrians, cyclists and motorists. The pothole is deep and the nearby access cover is not safely fitted.
