Right in front of Hybank on High Street Guildborough blocked drain

The drain is completely blocked and it takes the water from two roads coming down to it. The water is going over the path on onto the owners property splashing up against the old cob wall that is getting damaged and also against the gate. Permanent puddle on road adjacent to gate that disabled resident cannot get her walking aid out of boot when she parks. When it rains the water puddles clear across the road. It urgently needs to be cleaned out as soon as possible. The drain across is taking all the mud and debris and will soon be blocked as well. There is a large amount of mud and rubbish (about 6") on footpath that is going down the road as well to drain. Needs cleaning desperately.
