Severe infestation of Japanese Knotweed

Sent to Tower Hamlets Borough Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 893256.

There is severe overgrowth of Japanese knotweed in the carpark to the east of John Pritchard House (which is council-owned) on Buxton Street, E1. This is highly invasive and will cause problems for all the nearby properties. Thanks for your urgent help.
