Many deep potholes the length of Northlands Ave.

Reported via desktop in the Road Defect category by Christine Ramsay at 14:12, Monday 16 February 2026 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8931623.

These holes have been here for months, just getting bigger. When filled with rain, unnoticeable. The top of Northlands has been patched up but a large hole was just left un repaired. Perhaps a better, stronger material could be used as these were done this time last year!! Beechwood Close also has large potholes. Actually most of the roads here need to be done. My friends husband was cycling and went into one and broke his collar bone!!

  • Unfortunately the information supplied is insufficient to pinpoint the area of deterioration. Specific problems will be investigated with location details or they will be identified as part of the cycle of routine safety inspections of all publicly maintained highways to ensure that maintenance is undertaken as effectively and efficiently as possible. If you are able to provide specific location information such as a nearby property number, a street light column ID, a nearby landmark or What3Words code we can look to inspect that location.

  • I am writing again with specific details of where the potholes are! They are all in Northlands Ave. BR6. on the Davies Estate. 1. Top of Northlands, near roundabout. Then in the road opposite the following house numbers. No. 7, 9, 29, 31, 41 and 43. I hope this gives sufficient detail for them to be dealt with.
