Abandoned vehicles on public road

There is one light blue Ford car parking on Uxbridge street opposite the elim Church. Its had bin there for about 5-6months with flat tyre and mould inside and black audi with flat tyre as well that long.And there is a few cars further another wauxal dark blue color parking opposite the bca Community centre with flat tyre and is there for about 4 weeks.I live on the street and we having issue with find parking space and is becoming a nightmare with all this abandoned cars.I hope is can be sorted out soonest possible. Thank you
