What three words- ///ashes.most.exam This drain ponds when ever it rains and leads to the drain sinking. When I reported some 8+ years ago I was told there were roots in the pipes. And as such the same issue has continued. This also affect the drain on the other side of this junction. To confirm - two drains. Connecting pipe issues
