No 20MPH limit sign

Sent to Liverpool City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8919752.

There has never been a 20MPH limit sign for Sedgemoor Road coming from Towensend wich is a 30MPH limit, there is one coming from Utting Avenue right by St Teresas Church wich i think needs moving abit further back aswell
