Incorrectly positioned new cycle parking, on the Nuffield College side of the road.

New cycle parking is welcome. However, the 2 new sets here are too close to the wall. Guidelines state that they should be 0.5m from the wall, so cycles can be parked with the hoop in the middle of the bike. Too close to the wall, and the bike is not properly supported, so the bike flops down/out further into the foot way. Also prevents 2 cycles in each space, as the bikes tend to flop across to the next hoop (as per picture), so it is an inefficient use to space. If the intention is for bikes to be parked at an angle to leave more space on the foot way, then angled sheffield stands would be better.
