Grids and Gullies blocked Queens Drive L13

Going on for some time this issue. Causes a constant stream left hand lane kerb side down Queens Drive along The Green, past Broadgreen School to traffic lights at junction Oakhill Road. Water has been flowing constantly down this section of road causing water penetration and just adding to the problem of Potholes constantly caving in. I have numerous pictures of blocked grids and gullies which require unblocking properly. Sending the Road Sweeper truck along every so often just pushes more soil, litter and debris into it further blocking it up. Duty to maintain Highway as per Section 41 Highways Act 1980.

Trucks and men with spades making loads of noise at 7am waking everyone up 14th February on the wrong side of the dual carriageway. Looked to be clearing along the kerbside, except the grids and blocked gullies are on the other Carriageway, left hand lane kerbside we have a stream runs along in the direction of Prescot Road. Absolutely unbelievable!!!

Still seeing the Queens Drive Stream running past the house and past the School. Grids still blocked, can't observe Kerb Gullies as too much heavy traffic constantly. Lane would have to be coned off to sort this problem, this could have been done last Monday 16th February when the lane was closed off to patch the 2 massive Craters by the School. Complete waste of time and money doing these patches with a constant stream of water running into them. A huge factor for them opening up in the first place right along this left hand lane, lived here for many years never seen this road in such poor state of deterioration. 1st picture is grid I previously reported clogged with Blue Substance (also reported all on Pedestrian Path). Heard nothing back to clarify what Blue Substance actually was. Pictures 2 grid blocked and full of water. Pic 3 clogged with sand and debris. See below for more.

Email received from Council 11.12am 23rd Feb 26 to advise me still not resolved and will be resolved as soon as possible, no date. Obviously aware of this as still seeing stream going along road and right over the 2 lumpy botched patch Potholes which are causing our house to shake everytime HGV hits them. Furthermore lots of sand and sediment needs clearing as this will further clog up the grids.
