The contractors carrying work for Bicester Village on the old Bicester Rugby and Football club site have closed the footpath for 50yds expecting pedestrians,wheelchair users,mobility scooters to leave the footpath and walk on the road or cross over what is a busy road into and out of Bicester. How are they allowed to do this !!
