Flooding when it rains.

Sent to Reading Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8912130.

On the peppard road, large roundabout and opposite the junction to Buckingham drive, when it rains the road floods, the drains may need unblocking. Both cause a problem for car drivers. Could someone take a look and resolve the blocked drains.
