Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8909282.

Immense noise from a loose manhole cover. Your previous attempts to fix it have consistently failed. Work was due to take place on 12th Feb according to this website but no work was carried out. 24hrs a day loud banging nosies keep us in a state of continuous anxiety. Fix ASAP. Unacceptable noise pollution.
