Reoccurring potholes

These potholes occur every 6 months or so. The last time I reported these I stated that the full section of road needs repaved but yet again it was filled with coco pops. There is now currently another 6" deep pothole and another 4 starting to form. How much more tax payers money needs flooded into this one bit of road before the problem is properly corrected?
