Dangerous

Not sure anyone is at fault or there is a repair as such the council can action.

Am concerned there may be a fatality on the junction of halls close and delamere between school kids on bikes and speeding or reversing cars. Have seen too many near misses.

There is often a car parked on their corner, on the inside of the turn between the short cul de sac and the main bit of halls close. I’m not sure it is doing anything wrong but unfortunately forces cyclists to swing around it into cars exiting the rest of halls close. Occasionally they meet speeding cars.

I would propose making at junction with white paint here, to encourage exiting cars to slow and yield.
