Illegal parking

Sent to Lambeth Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8907653.

This is a hot spot for illegal parking - many abandoned vehicles parked randomly. Pedestrians fear working through this street as dark, no pavements for us to walk because all cars are parked on pavements instead. Rubbish everywhere too.
