Path way is unusable due to mud and water logging

The pathway between the B339 to Maynard drive that runs parallel with the reading road is unusable due to excessive mud and being waterlogged the path way can’t be used by people with buggies or disabled people. The path way is also has very uneven service and is a complete mess. This path way is an essential link between the Oakwood grange estate and getting into the village which is used by elderly people and is very unsafe. And is an accident waiting to happen.
