Multiple dog excrement along path.

Sent to Rhondda Cynon Taf Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8906816.

This stretch of cycle path has an abundance of dog foul due to irresponsible owners. I have witnessed more than one person watching their dog foul and they have no intention of cleaning the mess. Plenty of red dog bins about but just lazy people. Could this pathway be firstly cleaned along its length and secondly implement patrols to start fining owners.
