50cm pot hole spraying gravel onto pavement

Pothole has opened up about 4 metres away from another pothole that has just been fixed. Spraying gravel on the pavement and onto driveways. As a result of severed traffic including lorry and buses that are being pushed off the A420 due to numerous traffic lights in and around faringdon.
