Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8905345.

Floods here all the time and in winter it freezes and has caused accidents. Ditch by the side of the road is full and water has no where to go. Field adjacent floods too as a result. This has been reported before but nothing gets done. Let’s hope there isn’t another cold spell.
