Enormous puddle on corner of Edward Road and Kennington Road

This huge puddle happens every time we have some rain. A group of workmen came and did something with it last year but it's back again and is very unpleasant when traffic goes by on the main road or turns into Edward Road as the pavement on the corner is very narrow and there's no escape from being drenched. I wouldn't like to be there with a pram or needing a walking aid when it happens.
