Wagons parking all along both sides of the road. They leave articulated trailers with no reflective lighting at the road side

Sent to Halton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8905180.

Ongoing problems with wagons parking overnight and into rush hour in the morning. Sometimes 4 or 5 take up the whole road while they take turns reversing into side roads / entrances. Trailers left roadside with no reflective lighting overnight. Just all very dangerous
