Trench along side of road where surface has failed

In addition to the two large, long, central potholes, a significant stretch of the side of the road has also disintegrated. About 10m long by 10” wide, deep gap between road and grass verge. The road is too narrow for markings anyway, so in addition to the potholes, the avoidance of potholes and trench is difficult due to the proximity to the brow of the hill. I.e. can’t safely use other side.
