….following 7am Wednesday 11 February sweeping with mechanised sweeper…..debris remains on both footway and adjacent road surface…..

The mechanised sweeper is NOT suitable for sweeping near the cycle rack and nearby tree. Operative needs to be equipped by their employer Veolia with (traditional) broom, plastic rake etc. to complete this task PROPERLY……
