Constant blocking of driveway

There has been persistent blocking of my driveway they are on double yellow lines and it’s a turning bay not a parking bay this has gone on for months asked them not to park in my way but continue to do so causing me problems getting in and out I have trouble turning my neck to make sure I don’t hit them of which I’m now being accused of doing and they have gone through my insurance fir something I havnt done
