Road is heavily split and a pothole is forming on cut seam

There is a long and deep split in the road on the left edge of the lane heading towards Fleet. This is an issue on a 40mph sweeping bend; the road is also eroding at the tarmac seam where it transitions between two tarmac surfaces—a mess in both directions!
