Blocked path due to dumped barriers

These barriers have been blocking the path outside of 1 Torver Way for ages. They are on a blind bend and you cannot use the path and have to walk into the road. During the bad raid a week ago I saw a disabled person in a wheelchair have to bump down into the road and go in the road around a blind bend and a delivery van drove too fast. It’s an accident waiting to happen and needs clearing asap or the council will be liable.
