Rats in Narrow Street/Ropermakers Fields bin

Sent to Tower Hamlets Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 889753.

I have noticed a couple of times that there are some huge rats that feed off the bin that is located on Narrow Street, just outside the gate of Ropemakers Fields.
