This is the fourth time of reporting this. Last report had a photograph of the gully in question, which for some reason the highway operative could not see??? Please see attached a photograph of blocked Gully and what three words of its precise location. Big question on why Hampshire Highways do not know their own assets?

The top of the grate of gully has been cleaned and cleared, however the chamber below the grate is still full of mud.

Please come back and finish the job.
