My driveway surface is holding water and regularly forms puddles, making it unsafe and not fit for purpose

I am reporting an ongoing problem with my driveway, which was originally provided or supported by Liverpool City Council. The surface is uneven and has developed significant depressions that cause water to pool every time it rains. These puddles do not drain away, leaving the driveway waterlogged and slippery. This makes access difficult and unsafe for both vehicles and pedestrians. The condition has continued to deteriorate and is now no longer fit for purpose. I am requesting that Liverpool City Council inspect the driveway and carry out the necessary repairs or resurfacing to restore proper drainage, safety, and usability.”
