Quagmire of mud on old london road

There are 2 ongoing building developments on Old London Road the state of the road from just past the Oxford Belfry Hotel all the way down the track to residential home is in a terrible state. The road is a quagmire of mud with many deep potholes. The heavy vehicles being used to deliver or clear these sites is creating huge potholes. There are 3 residents homes at the bottom of this track and it is now virtually impassable by foot and difficult to navigate at night in the dark by car in fear of damage to our vehicles.
