Multiple potholes

Reported via desktop in the Pothole category anonymously at 14:06, Wednesday 11 February 2026

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8894152.

Multiple potholes are forming at this junction which is usually flooded as the previously reported drain remains blocked (ENQ261073227 15.1.26). This junction is very busy due to traffic generated by the Crematorium and traffic using the Banbury Rd to and from Hensington/Woodstock. It is not safe to photograph the potholes.

Council ref: ENQ261083388

  • At least one of these potholes is now huge & you need to swerve into oncoming traffic to avoid, whilst also navigating the junction. Over 2 months since the initial report, is there any chance of a fix before another 2 months pass?

  • The drain has had white markings on for many weeks and the remaining patches on the road still remain.
