The street lights are also out on this stretch of Cumnor Hill (reported separately) and last night a Cumnor-bound cyclist rode into the one nearest the kerb and crashed off her bike, having been dazzled by a Botley-bound driver with their headlights on full beam. The potholes have been there since the snow in January and are getting bigger with every vehicle driving over and every day of rain.
