The car has had wheels removed and is not usable and we have made every effort to contact the owner of the vehicle to get this removed or made road-worthy as this is on a private car park and means that other residents are not able to park. These are not allocated to the individual property.

    Car is still there - multiple letters and emails have been sent to try and get hold of the owner and haven't had a response. Please can this be towed off the site as it has been abandoned.
