The tree outside of number 56 has been reported a number of times for its movement, and dangerous pavement and kerb over the last five years, by local residents and passers by. The last storm has seen it move again to such an angle it is now in distinct danger of causing damage to private property, as well as a significant rise in the possibility of danger to life of both passing pedestrians, and the homeowners the tree is likely to fall on.
