Updates

  • EH District Council say, as is know, they will not deal with this until tax expired, five more month away! Nor interested in expired MOT. Where to next?

  • Herts Police say they cannot do anything about expired MOT unless the vehicle is being driven along. I don't think that they even made a record of my call. So the wait goes on!

  • Still open, via questionnaire, 13:21, Fri 30 September 2016

  • EHDC said they could not follow up until road tax expired (Feb 2017). Nor could Police. (Have some of my earlier entries her been lost?) A few days ago EHDC posted a notice on the vehicle, asking the owner to respond, and saying that they may take it way and store it until end of road tax, then destruction. So, they can do something!
