This section of road was previously excavated and reinstated several years ago; however, the sealed edges have been deteriorating for some time. The high volume of heavy traffic is causing further damage, resulting in a pothole forming at this location. The pothole has a sharp edge and retains water, creating a potential hazard. It requires urgent attention.
