  • I am writing to bring to your attention a persistent issue with a drain cover on the road outside The Plough Hotel. The cover is not fitted correctly, and every time a vehicle passes over it, it produces a loud and disruptive noise.

This problem has been ongoing for several months and is increasingly impacting our guests’ experience at the hotel. We are receiving frequent complaints about the noise, which is now affecting our business and reputation.

We kindly request that this matter be addressed as a matter of urgency. A prompt inspection and repair of the drain cover would be greatly appreciated to prevent further disturbance and negative feedback from our guests.

Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter. We look forward to your swift response.
