On Hertford Road by Grosvenor Road N9 the rain gardens either side of Grosvenor Road have been ruined by cars that constantly park on here when they go to Kervan Restaurant across the road, it is not a parking bay it is a rain garden that was installed as part of the Cycle Lane, it looks awful and even worse when it has rained.
