Sent to Cardiff Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8888196.

Litter, dumped rubbish, vehicle debris, lost insecure loads eg furniture, tyres and packaging. All up the verges whole length of A4232 both in and outbound. I drive in / out of City most days and this never seems to get routinely cleared. I assume a specialist crew are supposedly tasked with clearing the verges, and regular maintenance of road surface.Theres a international rugby game on this weekend, this won't look good for Cardiff's image, the rubbish and the potholes.
